After a sudden death in the family, I was referred to Krista by a trusted, long time family friend. I gave Krista a call, and it was truly the best decision ever to hire her as my family’s realtor! Not only did Krista manage to sell my parent’s home swiftly, she spearheaded their estate sale with a fun “bag it” sale concept, helped me to get 30 boxes of old papers shredded, assisted me in managing an insurance claim when there was a leak in the kitchen, and got me all set up with a UBOX to pack and ship items across country that would not be included in the estate sale. She gave me a ton of reassurance and guided me SO patiently through the whole process, always treating me with kindness and a smile during one of the most challenging times in my life! OiC is FANTASTIC! I don't generally use such accolades in exclamation. But in this case OiC and Krista Murchison (our realtor) deserve this and more. This was an estate sale, so consequently I didn't live in the home nor in the area. There was some exigency to get things moving then have a trusted agent there to keep things running smoothly. If you have ever sold a home you know it NEVER goes the way you planned it. There is always something that comes up. I was worried about those eventualities and how we would take care of them from 3,000 miles away. But after meeting Krista the worries melted away quickly.

From day one Krista stepped through the door and said, "Don't worry, I've got this." And she did. From being there for termite inspections, minor repairs, to ensuring that an estate sale was set up and run professionally. She was actually there in the house for those events and several others that dealt with ensuring that 1) our belongings and memories were preserved, and 2) the house was shown in it's best light. I drove away from the family home knowing it was in good hands. I never had one moment of doubt that we had found a great realtor. The type that will fight for our interests and keep the whole process fair and efficient. That's exactly what Krista did.

In summary, if you are looking for a realtor that cares about you, who is honest and forthright, Krista and OiC Real Estate Services is for you. Krista goes above and beyond the call of duty (she even personally boxed up and shipped some items we had accidentally left behind - only one of a number of things like that she did). She has a knack for helping estate sales, and understands the stress and strain to sell, recover valued heirlooms and possessions and then have the house cleaned out and looking its best for sale. This sale couldn't have gone better.

Excellent Seller Experience. Krista was a professional from start to finish, we had an excellent experience with her as the sales agent for our condo. She gave us her opinion on ways we could best make sure our condo was well-represented (areas to clean, maintenance to do) before putting it on the market. We moved out of state before selling and she took the time to lightly stage our condo to allow for the best photos.
