We initially paid for the fast service "electronic" filing. It's been 2 months and we still haven't gotten out refund yet. We have been there about several times telling them something is wrong. They reassured it was fine. When I called the IRS apparently our checking account information was missing some numbers! The IRS advised it was rejected by our bank. We went to see Sandy the same morning ...her response" I'm sorry but we're only human...we all make mistakes and there is nothing we can do". We were speechless. So never again will we be going there. Now we have to wait an additional 3 to 5 weeks!!! And lastly she was yelling at us from her office with a client sitting there waiting. Wow the unprofessionalism. Beyond disgusted.

This is the most rudest, unorganized, disrespectful tax preparation I’ve ever been to. I gave them an organized folder with all of my information, kids social security numbers including an original card Of my new Borns social security card. I was told Sandra was not available and that the Secretary would give me a call back, She told me she was trustworthy to leave this information with her and that people do it all the time. I waited for 3 hours for her to give me a call back, and like most places I know you get busy and all so we showed up again to see if Sandra was available, she wasn’t at the moment she had a customer in her room so we were patient and the secretary again told us to give her a few minutes, we waited again to find Sandra eating. We then told her we would go again and asked her if we still had a spot opened she said yes. So we went out to eat for about an hour came back and the door was locked. We never received a call saying they would be out of the office, they come back 5 minutes after we’re there and they at first could not find our paperwork, but then found it. The folder was unorganized and switched up completely compared to how we had it, the were rude and could not find my new borns social security. They said we never provided it when I know I did. They are unprofessional and did not give us the social card back. We are now filling charges against them and hoping to get an answer or something back. Do NOT trust these old forgetful ladies.

I have done my taxes here before I mooved to L.A and now I'm back and although is in a different establishment I found the same Sandy I knew then very professional knowledgeable and sweet you should meet her and see yourself
