My husband and I have worked with Lisa two times now, one when we were buying our first home and the other when we sold that home. We have been so fortunate to work with someone who is professional, responsive, kind and knows her stuff when it comes to being a realtor. Both times when working with her, she’s always available to answer our questions in a timely manner and our process to buy and sell a home have been so smooth! I know not a lot of people can say that. I can’t wait to continue working with Lisa to find a new home! You can tell she loves her job and it truly shows when working with her.

DISHONEST REALTOR LISA DUARTE! She told lies after lies when it came to selling a house for her clients. Me and my husband were 1st time home buyers. The property was a short sale and I was told a few people fell out from buying the property because it was taking so long as short sales do. The real reason was the house had multiple issues she was trying to hide from us. Certain questions I asked her she would text me back but other questions she would call me. I asked why the house was sitting so long or why the owners were selling, she would call me acting like it was easier for her to tell me over the phone then in text but the truth is she didn’t want any of her lies in writing. She said the owners were going through a nasty divorce due to infidelity and they just needed to sell the property ASAP and the wife was moving out of state. Come to find out they bought a house in highland and are still happily married. The neighbors said they would never get a divorce. She also said they had an electric stove put in because FHA required that the property have a working stove. When asked about the gas connection she called me and my realtor and said it works. My realtor had to ask her multiple times to have the gas company turn on the gas. She would call and said she had it turned on but it never was. Finally the appraisal was done and for some reason the appraiser put in his report hat it was on and working. I don’t know if he really checked or what exactly. Come to find out the house had a massive gas leak. This was in the peak of summer and was hard to tell if the heat was coming out. The plumping was also bad, the main waterline from the street to the house bursted. Once we tried to fix the problems we could see the owners or Lisa Duarte team tried to cover this up just to sell it. They Mickey moused it all. I can go on and on but BEWARE!! Lisa Duarte is dishonest realtor.

Not very professional. They lack customer service and only care about the Salem Once the deal is done they could care less about your questions. Things were missing from home after final walkthrough after moving into home
