Omar Avila from Pinpoint Realtors made not only finding our dream home but securing the lowest interest rate and loan application easy. Omar is a licensed realtor & licensed loan officer which helped save us time & money. He was patient as my wife and I had different wants in the home we where looking for. I was set on one area and my wife wasn’t set on any particular area. In the end after showing us many houses. We found exactly what we where both looking for. He went above and beyond as I wanted to surprise my fiancé at the time by continuing to show us houses ( even though I had made in offer on our now home and was going through escrow.) I hope everyone’s experience would go as smooth as ours. Omar Avila went above and beyond in what I asked for in helping me to sell my home. He was always available when I needed him and was always very prompt in getting back to me. He is very knowledgeable, professional and always very friendly. He did an excellent job in making sure the process was as simple and streamline as possible. He did a great job in ensuring that I felt very comfortable in every decision that I made and I never felt any pressure throughout the entire process.
