Nope

Been here done this they had us do a $5000 steel patio cover repair and they justified cost
*That’s just one thing let’s just pretend like that was everything even though I am only a painter

get this, not 2500 (just for the steel -not the labor-
For some reason they must think we get a discount when they specialty shop. because they thought that we should pick up the cost and they should pay at a discount
Which means they expect a discount on the material and free labor at the end of the day

Just to prime the pump I’ll tell you how this works
My costs come up front The Lindseys pay small first deposit
The thing is when you make a change order and you don’t have it in writing and you think because they’re rich because they live at a FRUIT farm called miracle acres
I guess they’re entitled to discounts including free labor and that’s the way it works around there they’re not complaining because they have a job in the Lindsey’s know this but they don’t wanna pay for your time or labor your skills or your knowledge
Guy offered me… As agreed our final check, fine; but to make up for the change order
I seriously had no choice but to refuse a broke down half- million mile Toyota pick-up

I finally just had to say no I am above you and I am above miracle Acres

I’ve met other local construction celebrities that have also agreed they would never work for them again and they are above it they don’t agree with the lenses and the way they conduct business and artists would never paint there again
