UPS drop off location. Good hardware selection w/ grade 8 wares. Big inside but kinda like a maze. Needs a remodel inside for sure to open it up for a instant sales% increase. Oh yea, Fire Martha too.

You'll wait to be helped so don't be in a hurry. Staff seems unhappy. I thought give the local business my business to support our small community.
Wrong, needed a motion light for property, the were 3 times the price of walmart and 4 times Home depot. Been in 3 times for various items over past 2 months and same slow response, same very high prices. Can't speak on hay price but for the unresponsive, unhappy staff and high, high price go elsewhere.

The lady in the front Martha always has a real bad attitude when I go. My grandma came in to ask her a question and she rudely responded to her. I don’t know how that lady is still working there, after seeing all these bad reviews.

Long story short, my wallet got stolen there, the lady in the front was too busy to care and refused to check the cameras stating they don’t work, which let’s be honest I know they do. She was extremely rude and unhelpful and I’m pretty sure she’s the one that pocketed the wallet and that’s why she was being sketchy about checking the cameras.
We love supporting small businesses but we will tell everyone we know to avoid this place.

The quarts hill location has nothing on the little rock one, the front desk lady just plain rude Martha was her name i believe she outtoo be fired,went in for pvc pipes had to waite like 30min before she can even notice me. Im not sure if she was ignoring me or she just could see with them big ahh eyelashes she got on!. NEVER COMING BACK. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION.

Its a smaller business. And keeps me away from Lowe, Home Depot, Usually,saving time and fuel makes Van Dam my choise for lots of hardware , tools n stuff. Feed too.

Bad service Martha, the lady in the front always in a bad mood. I come here once a year and she always gives me attitude. suggest going to courts Hill because this lady always puts me in a bad mood. I can’t even ask her a question because she is extremely rude

LOWES AND Home Depot are 5 and 7 miles away. FUEL COSTS IN CALIFREAKSHOW make Van Dam my choise for a lot of things in the hardware world , feed n such.
