When I first began to work with Ms. Beck, she seemed to be a very competent person. However, since the transaction has progressed to it's finality, and pressure has surfaced, she has become more and more complacent and has not lived up to her statements. Nothing she has promised over the last two weeks has become a reality. Because of her lack of effort to push the project to completion, I'm now faced with missing my closing date which she has been aware of for over a month. This is costing me in funds, impact with the part that is moving to my house that I'm selling, and lack of available shelter. Her lack of professionalism is having a large impact on me and my family.
