Whether buying or selling, you can't go wrong with Blake and his team! I went to look at a house just for fun and ended up really liking it. I gave Blake a call just to see if there was a chance I could make an offer. Within the hour I was connected with a Loan Officer and we made an offer. Blake is a brilliant negotiator - we got the house in one day!
I felt so at ease during the whole process because the Shawn Team really cares. We communicated frequently and they took away so much stress. Then I pressed my luck and said I wanted to sell my first home. The Team came over the next day and got the ball rolling.
