Landon and team helped us land the house of our dreams. He spent all day Saturday showing us several houses and we made an offer the same day. He was always available (even with a quick text if he was busy) and we always felt like we were his top priority (even though I'm sure he had many others he was servicing at the same time). All the questions we had through the process and even after the sale, he is always willing to help. If he didn't know the answer right then, he found out quickly. I'd recommend Landon and team to anyone buying a home. The sale of my home in Visalia, California was the best sales experience my wife and I have ever experienced. Troy presented comps that were relevant, up to date, and logical. We arrived at a listing price that I felt confident was neither too high and unrealistic, nor too low for a quick and cheap sale.
