My wife and I hired a big name realty company, thinking we would have a good and fast sale. Almost a year later lots of lookers at our property and no offers not much communication from our ( big company realtor). So we changed our reality company, we interviewed three local realtors. Gillham reality being one of them, ultimately we decided on Joan Gillham. The first week after hiring Joan we had a solid offer and closed in three months. A very positive and confident person, she explained all of our responsibilities as a seller and protected our interests in this transaction. Job well done.

Working with Joan was amazing. “Above and beyond” does not begin to describe it. She puts so much heart and care into her work that I felt that I not only gained an agent but a trusted friend. I was buying a house across the country, and if I hadn’t had an agent like Joan, I would have been lost. I rarely had to ask her to do anything. Instead, she identified my needs and volunteered to help me out, sometimes when I didn’t know that I needed it. She guided me through the purchase process and provided me with high-quality and reliable advice. The house I purchased did not yield her much commission, but she never treated me like my business wasn’t valuable. I cannot praise her highly enough and recommend her not only without reservation but also with great enthusiasm. If I purchase another home in the area that she can serve, I will have her be my buyer’s agent, no question.
