Being tasked with the clearing, preparation and sale of my parent's property and house from the distance of a 4 hr. commute was extremely difficult. Having no personal knowledge or contacts in the area, and needing to get the best selling price for the property in order to care for my ailing mother, I received a referral for Desi while searching the most advertised and "top selling" realtors in the area. I chose Desi for her positive attitude and knowledge of the area, and have not regretted for one moment this decision. She worked hard to find the best contractors needed for the minor repairs and required upgrades for code compliance and sale advantage. She proved extremely helpful in balancing the repairs and upgrades that helped sell the house without overdoing it, resulting in the highest selling price possible at the time. Desi is amazing at what she does. I was just a young mom browsing homes with a few thousand in the bank. I was told I was pre-qualified by a local lender, so I was browsing online, accidentally pressed interested &was booked with her by chance. A couple of days in, local lender suddenly said he would not be able to get me qualified (I knew he had to be mistaken because a coworker with same exact situation was approved) ...at that moment though, I was mortified but Desi saved the day-- She has knowledge with not only real estate, but also knows some pretty awesome lenders who all but hold your hand the whole way.
I love the fact that she could have looked at me and judged me a million different ways (young single mom, old vehicles, outdated clothes.. being told I was not pre-qualified after all, etc.) Yet, instead, she mirrored my disdain and suggested that I have another lender do a second look. I'm so glad I got her as my realtor! That second look ended up getting me qualified and sold on a home that was over 2.5x the amount the local guy said he couldn't do. As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing. Desi and her team made it so easy.
I also love the fact that she is knowledgeable in the bigger cities as well as the smaller towns. I had such a great experience that when I decided to sale.. I called Desi. She was again, amazing. She worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect while I was able to handle family issues.
I recommend Desi to everyone. First timers.. long timers.. profit makers.... young.. old.. doesn't matter, she is the one. The ONLY downfall I had... I couldn't bring her with me. 😊 I'm pretty certain that I will never find another one of her.

Scott is the most patient man....It took me over a year to find the right house. Apart from being patient he is very knowledgeable and punctual. I told him my must haves in a house and every other weekend he had potential properties for me to view. I was a first time buyer and he made the whole transaction smooth and easy.
