I was searching Stromer realty for a specific attempt to find out who owned a specific address.
The name Stromer realty pooped up.
I realized I need to find out a bit more about them in case I need a Realtor in the near future.
I may need a Realtor I can trust. In case I have to sell a place that will be Abandon very soon if I don't get better communication. Between lesee, and the owner.
That has been the challenge for me; I believe Stromer, is the right real estate broker for my needs.
I would speak to them first. And with any luck, they will be the firm that I will speak to last.
I mean this, " Right now, they may the only group that I need to show me what they've got in case I have to unload some property that is in jeopardy of me losing my interest if the tenants don't do better by communicating with the owners.
My name is Thomasson, and the intent of the other My 2 partners with the same name as mine AKA ID-10-t are expecting to continue operating the same business they have been doing for a few years. they are in my opinion, un- impeachable owners and I have given them the right to make decisions for the future land use of said property. I would like to thank Stromer for being available for me to investigate before I need to use them. and In my opinion, presenting a reputable image, a name that is known for being honest, fair trustworthy and easy to work with. That kind of ethical compass will make it easy for my two partners and I to use as a baseline to compare other companies that are in the real estate Brokerage Business should we have to use there expertise and advice in the future. I gave them a rating in the middle of the road only because I have not yet needed to use their services. The reason that I came up on them and took interest is because one of my grandfather's recently Deceased partners estate is using their firm in Sutter County California to sell his office building. This man by reputation was a straight shooter and an extremely good buisness man. Much like my grandfather.
