I have bought and sold houses in 5 States and 9 cities. and as a designer I have worked with so many different realty companies and realtors. Recently, my husband and I had one of the best experiences with a realtor, Jeffrey Curry, Ledbetter, from your firm. He was professional, knowledgeable and right on the mark with anything we needed. He listened (which is rare) and showed us what we related to him we were looking for. He provided suggestions, researched answers if he didn’t know off the top of his head and was always present. I don’t believe we have ever had this exceptional kind of service. Bravo to him! We really appreciated his help and abilities.

While buying a house in the area, Gayle Doll was absolutely indispensable! She consistently found us incredible listings that matched exactly what we were looking for. She always gave us honest opinions, and we felt like we were in great hands — even while attempting to find the right home from out of state. Michelle Blalock provided us with stellar service and we were pretty demanding clients. We wanted a house we could afford, but with a music room and an enclosed workshop. You can see from the photos that she delivered. If you think you have unusual or even impossible needs, give Michelle a call at The Charlotte John Company. She will handle the unusual immediately. I would like to recommend Gayle Doll to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house in the Little Rock area. Gayle sold a house for us in 2022. We were very pleased with the amount of time and attention she put forth. Gayle went above and beyond, holding open houses, featuring our home in the newspaper-she even took care of the house for us when we were out of town! Throughout the process, she always kept us in the loop as to what was going on, was efficient and is just a really pleasant person to work with. We received a very good offer and our house sold quickly!

Brandy Jones was the best! She was available, it seemed, whenever I wanted to see a house for possible purchase, and she showed me a lot of houses before I finally bought the one I wanted. She put no pressure on me with respect to any particular house, but was always willing to answer my questions and to get additional information if I requested it. She is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.
