Husband and I went to look at one of their houses that's on the internet and it was nothing like on the internet. Our landlord sold the property we're living in we had 30 days to get out kinda desperate. We went and applied for the house we was told another woman application was approved before ours anywho the next day we were back and forth on the phone when told our last landlord gave us a bad reference I asked what was said she couldn't tell me all she said.. Mr Kelly said, we can't do anything with the application. She had lied on our old landlord and we lost our 30 dollars. Well couple days later guys who just made the news for scamming Pro Realtor with the same house we applied for. May God expose all these dirty people that think their to high to be brought low. It should be some kind of way we all get our 30 dollars back because we was applying for a house off the internet that looks nothing like the photo Pro Realtor advertising with their name and number on it that's really their property. So it shows they are scamming people intentionally 30 dollars add up

The lady that work at this place picks n chooses she act like she have a attitude everytime I go into they office I went to this office in 2018,2021,2023 n she told me I can’t move In the house I wanted cause she just found out sumbdy already put money down on home once she made me do the run around then she told me my income wasn’t enough even tho I get a voucher n 3 checks then the house on Wakefield I wanted she told me she think sumone else putting a deposit on it even tho I had my deposit n first month rent lady smh u act like I was wasting yo time n u was rude….. mr Kelly need a new assistant n I’m sorry u losing acceptable money but no worries I’ll never kum bck again

Spoke to a property supervisor one day about a house i was curious about. The person told me to call back the next day since there were many people inquiring about it and it wasn't available for viewing. Called the next day. Spoke with representative "Rosemary" about the property i had inquired about before. She said it wasn't available which confused me. I tried to ask how could the house be rented when the person i spoke with before said i should call the next day for it. After interrupting me she stated again that the house had been rented. I was confused since i was given different information before. She sassed me back and when i asked to speak to a supervisor/manager she hung up. I called her back and got the name but he was unavailable. The manager/supervisor calls me back and then tells me different information than before, and when i point out that his staff was rude he promptly says i am being "rude" even though i was addressing him as sir. It went pretty downhill from there.

"Pro" realty is anything but professional. Their staff are discourteous and unpleasant and the Manager Kelly himself is equally uncivilized. I will never do business with these people and i suggest everyone else do the same.

THIS IS THE MOST DYSFUNCTIONAL, VULGAR, IGNORANT, BAD-MANNERED, INCOMPETENT, GHETTO, TATSELESS ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS! Please do not waste your time coming here. I support black business but this is one business who doesn’t deserves a dog’s support! I am a full time college student and a full time mother, but she treated me as if I wasn’t even worth her time. She wouldn’t even let me in the door. God bless you and your unethical business Pro Realty!!
