Working with Todd from iRealty was such a rewarding experience for me and my daughter. When my daughter was young and first diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, there were times I wasn't sure she would be able to live independently. Buying a home can be stressful. Especially when you do it during a pandemic and do it remotely from out of state. However, working with Todd Armstrong took the stress away. He did many FaceTime tours of properties with me. He was my feet on the ground and my eyes and ears at each property. He quickly became familiar with exactly what I was looking for and didn’t stop until he found me the perfect home. He was very engaged in the contract negotiations, home inspection, etc. And his service didn’t stop with the sale.
