Jeremy wasn't able to write me a policy that could compete with another policy I was considering but he did offer his services free of charge. He had me send the other quote to him to review and gave me a few tips and questions to ask my other agent which ended up getting me a significant amount of increased coverage for only a few dollars more. Absolutely, hands down the most efficient, friendly and knowledgeable insurance company we’ve worked with. Follow up during initiating policies was above what I’ve encountered previously and that only maintained afterwards. It’s been a year we have worked with Tish at Farmers and I cannot praise her enough. Prices are even better than what we’d had and being that we own our home in a high risk fire area, that says a great deal.
