The customer service was very professional over the phone and in person. I made an appointment with Amy the same day and met with her. I highly recommend making an appointment bc when I walked in, the line was long! She helped me change my car vehicle (though this could be done over the phone) in the policy and guided me through process of my policy like the updated payment and what I was covered for. She was very professional and sweet!

The woman who speaks SPANISH there is extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. My mom went there for help. The lady was short and abrasive in her responses. It’s terrible that it be your own people who are dismissive to those who want to understand their bill and review it with someone in hopes of better understanding.
