Deposited my money Friday my whole pay check tried pay insurance Saturday declined my card went to bank Monday and they said lady forgot to deposit it. Was broke all weekend and needed my money and couldn’t get it until Monday. Well off to work Tuesday far from home no money in pocket tried buy me food and card declined. After over 800 is in my account. This bank has issue and I’m not deal with it anymore. Now I have to leave work again and go down there and close my account and go to a different bank. Not right for my money not to be there when I put it in there and my card saying declined when money is in there.

I bank with multiple Banks, this bank was chosen for a business checking account. customer service is poor in tellers are very rude I no longer bank at this location or with this bank

This bank has gone downhill since the last five years. They have terrible customer service and tellers! They do not reach out to you yearly or less to make sure nothing has changed in your living conditions such as hone number or email or even the proper mailing address! Fraud department is terrible they uses 3rd party vendor which is bad! Changing banks soon!
