I thought about leaving the insurance due to a bad experience. From another location with the representative hanging the phone in my face not doing what she said she would do. To make a long story short. I end up doing business with a different insurance representative name Allison Irvin.
Miss Irvin, delivers such a beautiful customer service. Not a hanging up the phone in the customers face.Like I'm tired don't really want to deal with you today, attitude.
Location 4710 University Drive NW Huntville AL will not say the
young lady name. I feel she needs to take customer service lessons from Miss Allison Irvin. If your not going to do something or call or text information.
Like you said you would do having a customer waiting for information that you never planned on sending . Then when the customer explains what you said you get a little upset hangs-up the phone in the customer face.
Not even a call util hours later leaving a voice message saying I was busy had another customer. Sorry... not good for business that call should have came sooner. Lucky Miss Irvin save the day, with her kindness knowledge and quick handle of information.
I stayed with the insurance only because of Miss Irvin with her beautiful customer service. Way to go Miss Irvin!....your No#1in my book....

Saderuico was the best associate to assist me with my policy. He was professional, patient and cared about my needs. I was transferred from every department starting from August 27th until Sept 3, 2024 which was a mess dealing with unskilled and unprofessional association representing a company..Thank God for people like Saderico who cares and take the time to familiarize himself with accurate helpful information.
