We were interested in purchasing a home in Lincoln that Kevin represented. Kevin did not respond to texts which is a breach of his fiduciary responsibility as a realtor given we could have presented a better offer to those he represented (the seller likely does not know we were interested).

Kevin also had us come to Lincoln, CA from the Bay area which is a two hour drive. When we arrived he let us know the sellers had not confirmed they could open the home. He then told us to wait 15 minutes and he would go over to knock on the door. After that, he never got back to us.

End result. Sellers lose a buyer that was very qualified. Buyers drive 4 hours round trip without seeing the house. I am not one to share reviews often but Kevin is dishonest and clearly focused on his own interests above others.
