Laura's office is wonderful. Everyone there has excellent communication skills, is very friendly, and follows through effectively. They are also very knowledgeable.

My latest interaction was with Sarah. I needed a modification on our insurance policy, and she not only quickly started to work on it but also followed up on the issue. Her communication was very clear, and it was a pleasure to work with her.

I find Laura Peterson and all of her staff are very professional, approachable, and honest. If they don't know the answer, they look it up and get back to you if necessary. They don't pretend. They are always happy to look into options to find what suits you. Their scheduling is flexible and they really try to find times and dates that work for you.
