Very shady, make sure u look the place over with a fine tooth comb. Get your own inspector the one that they had look at our roof does not even do metal roofs. Also found water damage throughout ounce we peeled the floor up, also the remolding was horrible. Separations in flooring. Joint compound not sanded. And so on one problem after another. Shame on us, we were out of time and where taken advantage of

Not really impressed by their follow-up or service, actually. We are trying to buy a multi-family listing of theirs and still can't get the information we need. Being a realtor myself, I think it's time to retire some of his team. Or maybe teach them to EARN their money. If you needed a referral from me, I'd send you to many other commercial brokers I work with instead. Happy hunting.

I would like to say that this was the worst experience of our life it took so long. it turns out that after two weeks being in the house we need a new roof the inspector new n lied to get the sale of the house through and the inspector was called-by gold star Realty and is the inspector they use all the time! So buyer beware!!! The worst part about it is the owner knew that the roof was no good we had three different roofers come out and give us an estimate two of them said they had been on the roof a year ago and the owner did nothing! When I questioned the water stains with the inspector he said that they were fixed and when the roofer was on the roof there are soft spots that will need to be Replaced I’m really wondering what’s going to be underneath when they take the wood off and have to replace it I hope that’s the extent of the damage. My realtor was his realtor don’t ever do that because I don’t feel that the realtor was taking care of me I think they were taking care of him.so from the rain 3/9/2022
