She personally looked up my doctors which was very important considering I am a liver transplant patient and made a program fit within the parameters of all my needs because as a younger Medicare recipient, my situation is very unique. Wow, this girl is amazing. She helped me with everything that I needed to make me understand what this whole insurance was about. My experience was stressful as Drew Meyers lead me astray with false promises. He promised me better doctors and more options, and would help me being new to the area.

Mind you, this was a year ago. He then asked if he could have someone else help me with finding a doctor. Ok. Then I find out they are associated and probably getting paid some kind of bonus for referrals.

And the Physicians Association they were employed by---no way. Already had one quacky doctor and was not going to waste my time.

Called and asked Drew to cancel. Sure, he said. I followed up and he did not. All false promises. Finding Agents and Brokers here in Florida have like commonality. Sign you up, get their revenue,(pay), and never follow up on their word.

I just stopped to ask a few questions since I'm new to Medicare and I ended up with a great insurance program that will save me lots of money thanks to my Medicare specialist Zoe Vener. She made everything so clear and made me feel that she really cared about me. She looked up doctors and plans, filled out forms, and even made a doctor's appointment for me. It was pretty awesome!!!
