These guys were recommended to me by a good friend, and seem to have good reviews so maybe I'm just lucky. I can't get a call back; I called in February ('24) about my home, 2 rentals and an auto. The agent kept telling me he'd 'call me Monday', 'email me next week, get back to me'. Never did, I followed up constantly. Took him 3-4 weeks to get me a quote. I said ok sure, paid for a year in full for all 4 policies. Then weeks later, pictures from insurance adjusters, questions about a propane furnace chimney... months later he calls to say that the policy he wrote doesn't cover LLC owned properties (for a rental). He quotes me a new policy, ok nbd, gave him payment info. Weeks later, I get another call from another agent. He tells me the first guy quit and moved, and my house was not insured. He also said he'd call me back, I'm really busy, call you Monday. Never once got back to me.
After way too long on the phone he 'found' the notes and payment info that I'd given and put the policy in place. Weeks later! I get a photo of some small shed in my back yard asking what it's for, and since it's a rental they want photos of the kitchen, bathroom and living space. I said forget it, cancel it all I'm going back to State Farm. Waited 2 months, called, and got yet a third agent, who was very nice, but no refunds. Been since October, still waiting on the final refund. Unfortunately have had terrible experience with these guys.

I have been with this insurance agency for about 15 years now and they have always been fair and quick on getting me the best insurance I can get. They are very friendly and make you feel comfortable and important. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
