IF I COULD GIVE THIS BRANCH 10 STARS I WOULD!!THIS BRANCH ROCKS!!!!! THE BANK MANAGER AT THIS BRANCH IS THE NICEST PERSON, SHE WAS SO HELPFUL AND TOLD ME IF I HAD ANY OTHER ISSUES TO PLEASE ASK FOR HER PERSONALLY, ITS WORTH THE DRIVE FROM PEARBLOSSOM HWY JUST TO GET THIS TYPE OF SERVICE, ALWAYS!!!!! THE BRANCH IN ACTON SHOULD CERTAINLY TAKE LESSONS FROM THIS QUARTZ HILL BRANCH!!!

I have been with California Bank for over 15 years. I purposely chose a smaller Bank where I thought I would get more personal service. I was right. I highly suggest to anyone looking for a new bank to try out California Bank. They choose to give quality customer service. Good choice.
