The service it's great and a very friendly individual. He also knows his stuff, BUT he did charge me $350. Head of household. 1 W-2. I had solar credit which where already file from last year so no new forms for those and 3 dependents. I feel that it was overpriced when he was advertising to be affordable. He did say that Liberty would charge me double for the same, but I have asked around, and it seems that I would have spent $150 anywhere else. He did follow up with me to let me know that my taxes were accepted an hour later, so I do appreciate that.
