I’m not even sure where to start? I’ve had my taxes and some amendments done here because they were recommended to me by some mutual friends. The first time was good; I was able to file my taxes on time no problem. The amendments took some time, but also mostly got done with a few mistakes. Understandable, ok let’s fix it and get it done, right? Nope. Trying to actually talk to Robert is very difficult because he’s never there or busy or something. When I finally did speak with him, he says what i wanted to hear, but NEVER follows up or makes good with what he says. I’m not sure how he’s able to stay in business with the way he treats his customers, because I feel lied to and disrespected. My family and I (I’ve got infants) got stood up for multiple appointments; one where we drove up to the desert from Yucaipa on a Saturday. He never once picked up a phone and notified us that the appointment was canceled. He let us drive an hour to the appointment to find an empty, closed down office. So I contacted him and he made up the lamest excuse, blaming his secretary. Spineless, gutless. Awful way to run a business. I called and complained, but no phone call back from Robert Mayhall. It’s like he’s got way more important things to do than tend to his business and/or PAYING customers. Obviously I would NOT recommend this guy for your taxes, or anything else for that matter. Hey Robert, how many times did you lie to me and tell me my filings were in the mail? Or that you would fix what needed to be fixed because I already paid you? Fuq off.

Had my taxes done at this company for 16 years. 2017 was the last year they will do my taxes. The accountant assigned to my account had some type of VERY PERSONAL relationship with my husband. Even knowing the intimate details of our relationship. Very unprofessional company. Will never recommend them again, and have told everyone I have recommended not to use them again. I will never trust this firm again.
