I've been with this credit union for 40 years. The tellers have always been wonderful, and the credit union itself was exceptional. It was exactly what you wanted instead of a bank.

They have changed. Current management has transformed an organization I always recommended into an institution that cares more about profits than members.

Always, alway get top notch service and first class support from all corners of the All in Credit Union…from CD investments to credit card disputes. All In typically has the best CD rates in the country especially, their Smart Start rates.

My advice is don’t use this company at all! In my opinion, they don’t care about their customers. Seems like they want to throw out some vague statement and get people off the phone. Customer service sucks!
I will be switching banks ASAP!

Nobody in this company discusses anything with each other. We put in a claim and our insurance evidently canceled us. When we got a letter from All In we contacted them immediately and the customer service told us everything was fine. $600 later it turns out it was not fine, that we had failed to contact the insurance part of their company and they refused to refund any of the money. Talk to a supervisor at the Insurance department today and they still refused to refund any of the money. He was rude, Beware.

A nightmare customer service. Tried opening a CD. I was told I didn't need a Credit check, I had offered to Unfreeze Credit. I was told to set up Savings Account, I did. They did not get back to me. Called about 7 times. A couple of times I got a lost connection. Finally a representative told me I had locked Credit, which I had disclosed and it would take 30 days to unlock it. That isn't true, it can be unlocked immediately. He said it was their system. I guess it comes on a slow mule cart for them. I wasted a day and a half with them, very frustrating. Went to Discover and had a comparable CD in about 15 minutes. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
