Javier was an outstanding realtor for us first time homebuyers! After expressing our trouble finding a lender, Javier used his connections to refer to us a lender team that was all about not wasting our time. He then communicated effectively with the lender and from that information received, set up tours for homes he thought matched our finances and our “creature comforts”. During our home tours, he visually inspected and brought up points about each home that helped us decide what we were more comfortable taking on in terms of future updates or eventual expenses that may happen.
