Recently sold our home in Long Grove with the help of Jane Lee's team. From listing to closing it took us a little less than three months. What made this experience so special is the VIP service Jane's team provided, especially for half of those three months my family and I have already moved out of country, yet Jane's team was there to make sure my home was taking care of the whole way. Key thing to highlight here is that Jane has a full team of professionals that really take care of you from beginning to end. Jane is a long time industry expert with great experience, someone you can trust to be a partner in the process. Two people, among many, on her team have been super helpful. One is Christian who helped to make sure the house was ready to be showed to the market. The once selling process starts, it was Andrew who became the key contact and managing partner that represented everything we wanted from a real estate agent, professional, accountable, responsive, and super nice guy! We had a great experience with Jane Lee, Andrew and the team when selling our home. The team was extremely hands-on and present while maintaining communication with us throughout the entire process. We met with Jane first in June but only decided to start looking for a buyer for our house in September. We listed in October and got a buyer within a day. We believe the meticulous planning and eye for detail helped tremendously.

Jane Lee and her team did a wonderful job of selling my house very quickly. They have may professionals who helped me along the way, including getting the house ready ( advise what should be repaired, bringing in various contractors to fix, manage them), staging the house very attractively, take professional photos, videos and 3D viewing app, creating top notch marketing materials, holding private viewing & open houses, finding the buyer, helping negotiate the price and close it. They even helped me maintain part of the landscaping before it closed. Jane found a buyer within 3-weeks of the listing. They definitely are top professionals, and I will recommend them anyone.
