Just stopped in to deposit coins from the piggy bank @ home and was greeted by Sandy. She saw the coins I had and immediately told me that NFCU no longer has a change counter machine. Stephanie overheard our conversation and offered to help me count them. Not wanting to miss out on all the fun, Sandy joined in with the coin sorting and counting detail. In under 10 minutes with the help of such generous and kind NFCU employees I was able to walk out the door stress free and feeling accomplished. Stephanie and Sandy are definitely model customer service professionals with my utmost respect. Very proud to have them on my side!

So I hired one of those on the go mechanics to come to my house and look at my car because I could not get to them and he was in my house using the restroom and lifted my wallet I didn't find out until the next day when Navy Federal alerted me they open the Fraud case but my case was denied because I let him come to my home so word to the wise if you hire any outside contractor Cable phone anything and they come to your home and steal from you Navy Federal will not give you the funds back because you opened yourself up to the risk of being stolen from
