Honestly I’m at whits end with the online banking system. It’s Sunday and even if you have tons of money in your account and purchase to many times they lock your card. Now I’m sitting in another town trying to get gas and the lady on the phone says my cards locked because I did to many transactions. It’s my money why the hell! This makes no sense. We will be letting people know, moving banks soon to. This is not fair. I now have to figure out how else to get gas because I can’t use my own money to get it.

I seriously love FAST Credit Union. A few Saturdays ago, I was trying to buy a car and had to run and grab cash from my account. FAST was open and we made it just in time. The teller was so nice and helpful. We made it in time and bought our new car. Thank you for being open on Saturday and helping us out.

I’ve been with FAST for more than five years. I’ve always had good experiences here, the only issue I’ve ever had was when I moved and it was difficult to get my statements and such to the new address. However, that issue has since been resolved, and I haven’t had any issues since.

We love FAST Credit Union. My family has been a member since I was young. I remember their kids program Moolah Moolah back then. Service is exceptional and you are in and out. The mobile app is easy to use and I've never had a problem with it. Thanks FAST CU for making banking easy for my family.

Friendly and fast and happy staff in Lemoore, and Hanford both banks , I haven't had no issues with them at all me and my husband , thanks to the fast banks

15+ years as a member and the Lemoore branch consistently provides great courteous service. Sometimes there’s a short wait but my transactions are trouble free.
Update Jan 2025: still waiting for the dollar amount of my account transaction to be included in text notifications as I don’t use the app.

I have banked with fast for years now and I have zero complaints! The ladies in the bank are always very polite friendly and prompt and I wouldn’t want to bank with any other bank then fast ?

Was with them for years then finally left. There have always been issues. Debit card not working. Online banking frequently down and then charged for telephone services. They began charging monthly fees without any notice. There is a charge penalty for depositing change. THEY CHARGE YOU TO DEPOSIT CHANGE INTO YOUR OWN ACCOUNT. They tried to convince me by lying that their charge is normal and the best in the area and after leaving have found 3 banks/credit unions that do not charge to deposit change into your own account. Overall very poor service over the years and it has only gotten worse over the last year. Glad to have left.
