Shenika was a really great help, straightforward service and she was very friendly and funny and good to chat with for a minute. Other employees i have met with before are likewise very friendly and helpful. Only problem is the phone system, the automated calls. It would be so much more convienent if a member of the bank were able to answer phone calls. Thank you,
