She explains my policy completely… gives me advice on my policy and reviews so I know what is best to coverage and I make changes with her advise… she is extremely knowledgeable which gives me my self confidence in my decision for my policy!
She provides the information so I understand what is best for me as a client! With a personality that keeps me with State Farm… if on the line with another I won’t work with anyone else, I will wait for her return call.
I recommend others to State Farm but tell them only to use Liz!

Not only are their prices the best, but the customer service at State Farm has always been very prompt and responsive.

As far as Tom McInally's office in Lakewood, CA I can't say enough about the staff. I typically interact with one of them on the phone, but have also visited on a few occasions. Audrey, Liz, Rosie, Natasha, Keiko and Lisa always provide exemplary customer service and are pleasant and professional. I wish that I dealt with more businesses like this on a daily basis!!

Back in Summer 2020 when I bought my motorcycle, I was looking everywhere for insurance. I called multiple insurances and they were all pretty generic as far as what they offered. I happened to be recommended to Tom McInally State Farm from a friend and I’m glad I did. Liezel was my agent and not only was she super helpful in breaking down the coverage for my new bike, she also compared my other quotes and went through them with me. The attention to detail and patience made my choice an easy one and chose State Farm as my insurer. Honestly, if the other insurances had someone like her, energetic and excited to help, I might have gone elsewhere but I’m glad I chose you guys.
