Irma started off good but quickly turned into a nightmare. She's your typical sales agent, anything for a dollar. She does not return calls. emails or text messages. she makes promises and definitely can't keep them. She's far from professional and I will not recommend her. you are better off calling the 1800 number. stay away from her. The bright side... Her loss, my Gain!

My experience with Irma Garcia at Farmers Insurance was beyond frustrating and unprofessional. From the start, she made me believe that I would be fully insured and even reassured me that she would be there to help with any issues along the way. Trusting her promises, I gave her my payment, expecting to receive the insurance coverage we had discussed.

After I paid her, everything changed. She completely stopped responding to my calls, texts, and emails. I tried reaching out multiple times, but she ghosted me with no explanation. To make matters worse, I found out that I was never even insured, despite her claiming otherwise.

This whole ordeal left me in a much worse position than I was before I contacted her. Not only was I left without the insurance I was promised, but I wasted time and money chasing after her. It's been a nightmare dealing with her lack of communication and professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend Irma Garcia to anyone looking for a reliable insurance agent – she’s done nothing but add unnecessary stress to my life.

Emails. Beyond poor customer service
Don't waste your time trying to deal with her. Find yourself a real agent that cares for you and your time.

I'm a mortgage broker and have had the opportunity to work with Irma for the past couple of years. Its been a pleasure to work with her, she's quick and responsive. When I need a quote, not an hour passes to receive a response. Especially when the Underwriter ask for some type of adjustment to obtain docs, she gets it back to me with 10 minutes. Clients love her too, she makes them feel comfortable and explains the policies in details. I highly recommend working with her.
