They do not treat people like human beings. Poor business ethics no management skills and knowledge to run a moblie home park no landscaping dangerous abandoned homes rotting and no parking our cars are illegal cars that are in the fire lanes. Raised rent $202 dollars less then 2 years without fixing fencing or tree services without having to call the local authorities that overseas moblie home park laws. Has empty lots in the park because he's throwing the homes away wants to sell the land and he's not buying us out which is against the california laws.

There's no management in this mobile home park the person he's got managing has a very bad house in the park who deals drugs blocks the road and the park manager phone is always disconnected or never answering.

Stay away from doing business with them unless you want to be ripped off and out pocket or homes thrown away.

He is a fraud! Be careful doing business with Anthony. He takes advantage of new young new buyers. He failed to provide tax information so that we could claim the interest we paid on our home(seller financed via Anthony Windle).

Never worked with this company but I don't see it fair that the only review is a 1 star review with no explanation what-so-ever.
Everyone deserves a second chance.
