Not very concerned I guess this is his last week in office and I must say my conversation was more of not wanting to be bothered after I was told I had a $1000 deductible to a email he received saying I was not covered. Unbelievable you are the agent ? That’s why I called you. Not your problem I’m sure you’re comfortable telling people anything to get them off the phone suggesting me to call 15 times a day to Swift. That would not have been what you tell your wife and kids I’m sure. You could’ve pulled up my policy to make things more clear in the beginning than just tell me anything as a result I’ve went 3 months waiting on a big let down and you had the nerve to argue with me when I ask you to help me get the adjuster to call me back about my claim you gave me several excuses that I’m sure you would not have excepted. enjoy your retirement Mr Sanderson 22 years is a lot to go out like this. Very disappointed
