From first walking inside FFCU to walking outside FFCU you are treated with respect. The employees are the type that any business or financial institution would be happy to have on their team. Side note, I stopped at the new building on Tennessee Street. Gorgeous, huge, fantastic, humongous! What a change.

I have been a member for a couple years now. I was unhappy with the corporate America way of treatment from traditional banks. Because I didn’t have a fat bank account I was treated differently and not a recipient of the perks of other banking customers.
