Larry is an awesome agent! About a year ago we used him to sell our house and buy another. Even though our house had failed to sell the previous year (using a different agent), Larry knew exactly how to get it ready and promote it and we received multiple offers on the first day. For the house we bought through Larry, we had very specific needs and saw many, many houses. I'm sure we were very frustrating clients but Larry was always patient and did not push us to buy anything that wasn't exactly what we wanted.
