Bobby is probably the best tow truck driver I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only was his knowledge about the truck great, his level of service is something we all haven't seen in a long time. He just does his job, he's happy to do it, and he make sure that his clients are comfortable. I had the pleasure of riding with him for a couple of hours and it couldn't have went better. I'm actually glad that the contracted towing company in Fernley Nevada didn't want to take the call, Bobby came out of North Lake Tahoe to get me.

I'm around 52 years old and I remember a time when America was built on service and making sure their customers were taken care of. Bobby made it feel like the old days, I can't thank him enough and I'm glad he is on the road taking care of all of us.

David from North Shore immediately answered the phone in a professional manner, got my son back into his car, and we worked out payment over the phone. I payed a reasonable rate for quick, professional service and the entire transaction start-to-finish took a half hour. Grateful for David and highly recommend his service!

No one ever wants a tow truck. Like they never want to have to call a tow truck. Especially if your car is still relatively new and you are really frustrated. But I have to say Bobby who came and helped get my car on to a flatbed and take it down to Reno, what a gem. He knew exactly how to do it even with the complications. What complications you might ask? It is a plug-in hybrid and if the car won't turn on, the car won't go into gear. So there was no way to get the car into neutral. Because for some reason the car wouldn't go on. Try jumping it, did nothing. The car would just go into standby mode. But Bobby knew what to do. Is amazing understanding of geometry and how a car will act when towed even if it's stuck in gear was phenomenal. Hopefully we never have to use a towing service again, but if we do I truly hope we see North shore pulling up again. Thank you guys!

Best tow experience I have ever had... The "other guys" took 40 minutes to arrive and wanted to charge me $225 to tow my vehicle to a repair shop in town. But Bobby was honest about the situation, and instead of towing my vehicle, he simply gave my spare tire some air. He was quick to arrive (about 8 minutes), and he went the extra mile to save me some money. Anytime I have car trouble, I will be calling Bobby.

Super helpful. Jumpstarted our Prius even when 3 other people already attempted to help without success, avoiding having to tow the car. They came through when AAA was no help at all. Didn't even charge us for jump starting the car and cancelling the towing! We will try to pay it forward! Thank you for the amazing service. Truly helpful smart guy who knows what he is doing. Hard to come by such down to earth people who will just help out, out of the goodness of their heart. His common sense and good nature is worth a 10 star review! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

My insurance sent them for my road side assistance and I honestly don't think I will use another company. They were so fast at responding, kept me updated the entire time, were so friendly and helpful during the whole experience. Even went above and beyond to help me get my car the direction I needed it to be facing in even though it was literally in the opposite direction. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name to praise him on here. I'm so grateful.

The best! I lost my trailer brakes in incline village and feared going back down Mt Rose HWY (9000 foot peak). I was fortunate to have called Bobby. HE was very helpful and explained to me options for both repair in Incline village and routes back down to Reno for repair. ( I chose to have him tow it to Reno for repair) He was on time, very pleasant to deal with and his price was very fair. If you are stuck in a bad way, it would be a good idea to call Bobby.
