I have lived in the Ione Mobile Home Park for over 30 years. I know that the park gets a bad rap. Don't know why. We are people who don't have the money for a home. We are hard working people with families that can buy a mobile home and pay less then the outrageous rent for a place that we can raise our families. My mobile home is 1400 square feet 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It would cost me over $1200 plus to rent a home in Amador county that size. Yes you do have to deal with rules that you don't have to deal with any other place you rent or own. I can afford it and do whatever I need to. I own my place and it works for me.

I live here in ione Mobile home park, it is a nice place to live but when I went to see me house on the map it gave me the old pics my house was not on the pic I was shocked I have lied here for 5years and the pic is still on there so that is why I give Ione mobile home park a four stars
