If you're looking for a Home or Commercial property loan Shawn Curran is your guy. I have used him for out of state property purchases, and, more recently, a home purchase in Lincoln CA. Shawn is a mortgage broker that is an outside the box thinker and figures out a way to get things done, promptly. His work ethic is outstanding.

When I spoke with him about purchasing a home, I told him that we wanted to close 21 days after submitting our offer if possible. He didn't flinch, he just sent me a list of things he needed from me which I provided promptly. If there were any hiccups he would let me know and also offer a fix to keep things rolling. Seller took a couple days to accept our offer but Shawn had us ready to close 16 days after offer submitted.

We really appreciated that he came to the Title office when we were scheduled to sign doc's in case there were any questions etc. It went smooth from start to finish and I will be using him again in the near future to purchase a commercial property. Shawn has a long list of professionals that can help you with anything that he can not. Including a wife that is a realtor if your needing someone to show you homes while you are looking. Greatly appreciated both of them and their efforts to help us get our dream home. Thank you Shawn and Lucy Curran for your diligence, can do attitudes, integrity and professionalism.
