My husband’s car stopped working properly about a year ago right when Covid forced shut downs. Left us with 1 car. Now with Restrictions being lifted we were faced with the issue of needing a second vehicle. I’ve been shopping around. I was curious as to how much insurance would cost. I plugged in my information then left it alone. The next day Esteban called me. Offered me a great price. I was not set on purchasing a vehicle yet so I wrote his information down and said I would call when I am ready. He did not pressure me at all which is always nice. We found a vehicle to purchase. I gave Esteban a call and the price stayed the same, thank goodness. We were able to get everything up and running over the phone. Esteban sent out insurance cards for both cars in the mail. Which I received the very next day! They came in this cool plastic sleeve to keep it safe. I was very impressed. I’ve had a few questions and was able to call Esteban & he was always there to help. My husband and I are both pleased with the Service Esteban provided. If you need someone helpful and professional Esteban is your man!

At first I did a quote online and didn’t really like the quote I got, so I was about to do what everyone else does and just leave it alone and let it run its course. Instead I got a call from Esteban and he told me that he has a quote for me that’s lower than what was in the email. That immediately got my attention. After talking with him I was sold on the offer but was hesitant because I couldn’t afford to pay the down payment that day, but he told me that he can extend the quote until the end of the week for me. That helped me so much and he was able to give me a call that Friday and still honor me that same quote and all. He even walked me through little details as in downloading the app and the benefits the app entails. Very happy with the customer service and the services provided. Will hopefully be a long time customer.
