If I could give zero stars I would! Just closed on a house listed by them yesterday (after FOUR MONTHS). They are impossible to contact. My realtor and lender tried many, many ways to contact them multiple times and only was able to get in touch with them for earnest money & after I messaged the Facebook page directly to get their attention. I’ve heard from many realtors they do this with every single house they sale and get reported frequently for the exact same thing. These google reviews confirm those statements! We were able to get our house with no thanks to them aside from putting pictures on a website. I do NOT recommend.

I have been trying to get in touch with the agent about a house that my client is interested in, I have been leaving countless messages since 11/5 now it is 11/11 the answering service keeps on apologizing for Derrick not returning calls, If I had a house listed with them I would not be happy. You guys need to get your act together. You give a bad name for real estate agents doing things the right way.
