I recently moved to Florida from out of state. I had to find my way in a new location and familiarize myself with all of the perfunctory locations that residents don't event think about such as the where the post office is, name of the best pizza joint, and who do I use as a realtor to help me find the most important and most expensive acquisition that I will purchase in my lifetime which is my place to live. A friend told me about the husband and wife team of Elisandra "Nanda" and Allen Olofson-Ring at Navoom and their suggestion to use these realtors was fulfilled well beyond my expectations.

At our first meeting I was open to hear what NAVOOM had to offer in terms of suggestions of where to look for property and what my best value may be, but what was incredible was that once I noted what my needs were, my price range, and what aspects of a new home were non-negotiable, Allen and Nanda offered to spend a weekend with me, taking me to look at the long list of properties that they had curated for me. I was shocked when I found my dream house with all the amenities that I had requested, in a location close to family, and at $4700 less than I had noted in my price range, and within 4 hours of starting my search with them!!!

They know the area, the market, and the value of what is available for real estate in Florida and did not waste my valuable time in doing so. The unrelenting and overburdening paperwork and details associated with buying a home can be daunting for a mere mortal like myself. NAVOOM was patient with me, going over all of the documents and explaining what each line referred to in great detail. On the day of the closing, Allen and Nanda left a beautiful card, thanking me for using them as real estate agents, and left a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the kitchen counter. I wholeheartedly recommend this realtor with the careful listening skills, attention to detail, caring demeanor, and unexcelled service and professionalism.
