Staff physically on property are great whoever they use to move/setup is terrible there was 0 communication between me and the mover about the day and time it would be delivered and the result was me not being able to be there onsite when my home was delivered. GET NEW MOVERS

EDIT bought a refrigerator with my home that Bernetta said worked they delivered my refrigerator and it does not work they fixed my trim and walls but I specifically asked for my doors to be adjusted which did not occur and 1 doorknob to be changed also asked them to drill my hole for my deadbolt which none of the above happened this is super frustrating especially when she told you have 10 days to let her know of anything and it would get fixed

They are absolutely wonderful ❤️ they reassured me through the while process and the owner went out of her way to help make sure all the small details pad, repairs etc were done right me and my husband are so happy with our purchase and absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile home!

Roxanna was very helpful and knowledgeable about the homes they had and didn't mind helping us as we came back four different times to look before making a decision. The homes we looked at had all been repainted and new carpet/linoleum. Pricing was much cheaper than purchasing new. I would highly recommend them.

Because most of the time, things don't always go according to plan. It's great having people help you. That is exactly what Bernetta and her team done! Including driving 2 hours, one way and on a Sunday, to bring me information that I needed. Now that is called "Going outta your way to help someone!!" Thank you Bernetta!!

They sold my mother a mobile home that needed a roof and more work done on the inside but has told her to make a insurance claim to fix the roof when it was bad before it left there lot. It’s very unprofessional and wrong to put it up to someone else to get fixed when it was pointed out myself at the lot that it needed to be replaced

The sales staff berneta included are very helpful and courteous......but the contractors they use are horrible I dont think they have experience doing any remodeling the work they do is the most shoddily done I've ever seen in my life ...I'm not just a consumer I'm also a super intendent for a remodeling company and have ben working in building and trades for nearly 20 years. So when I say this is the worst craftsmen ship I've ever seen in my life you have to know it's bad!

The staff is friendly, but right on top of you. They want to know what price range you're looking for, if you want it finished or if you want to work on it some. I just wanted to know which ones were still available and to be able to look around on my own.

Good place to go when you are looking to buy a new are model double wides are modular homes really good service and friendly people we bought a brand new modular home there I recommend this place 100%
