I purchased a car from Salinas Toyota and since my previous vehicle was still under policy with Coast I contacted them.to have a new policy drawn up. . I needed insurance to drive off the lot. Was told over the phone "we dont do that" after explaining I already have a policy she says "oh, the adjuster isnt in". Was FORCED to get Feista through the dealership cost $300.00 and was a TOTAL RIPOFF ! Was even told by other brokers both companies will Rob you blind
