I have been very satisfied with this branch of Mechanics Bank. I make in person deposits and tellers are friendly. This location is open. I can't say about anything more than just checking and saving accounts simple transactions.

They seem to be unable to address even simple transactions in a timely manner. I spent one week and multiple calls trying to fix one large withdraw transaction done solely through my online account. They didn't return calls and when I called them they were always on "lunch" no matter what time of day, or were "out of the office" for the entire day. They do not appear to value their customers or their professional duties.
