Me and my Fiancé were renting from Cedar II for a while before being able to buy our first home. Anthony at Cedar II made the homebuying process an easy adventure when everyone around me was telling me it would be stressful. He didn't just throw us in a house and collect a check. The market was crazy and he did his due diligence and got us in the perfect house. Highly recommend using Anthony if you are moving to the area or just moving across town!

Do not recommend renting from Cedar II Realty.

Left myself and roommates for 72 days in the winter without heat.

Rude staff and maintenance repairs will be performed just not in any timely manner.

Disregarded human necessities partnered with zero customer service.
