We were having problems moving tenants out but his staff handled the whole situation to vacate them. Also Jose Luiz, Maria n Camila have all the resources to get our house cleaned up after tenants left a huge mess. Maria & Camila kept us well informed about the the tenant situation & anything that needed to be cleared up so escrow could close without delay. The whole staff knows how to get your home ready for sale & educate you on how to get top dollar.
